How to Find Us

The red pin shows the approximate location of the Show Field on the map below. It's on Caxton Road, Great Gransden, SG19 3AW. Please note that the Post Code shown is approximate as the field doesn't have its own Post Code. if you are using it with a satnav in your car to find us you should follow the signs to Gransden Show rather than your satnav directions when you get close to Great Gransden. These will direct you to the car parking area.

Further information for Show Visitors

Car Parking Parking for the general public will be adjacent to the Show Field. Please follow the signs for Cars as you approach the Show Field. It may be necessary for a nearby overflow parking area to be opened if the main car park area becomes full.
Disabled Facilities There will be a disabled parking area available for Blue Badge holders. If you need this please tell the marshal at the main entrance and you will be directed to the appropriate parking area. Disabled toilet facilities will be available in the main toilet area. A new website page for Disabled Visitors is now available for further details, including Disabled Visitor Accessible Facilities and Carer Concessionary Tickets. Access it via the Information drop down menu and select For Disabled Visitors.
First Aid There will be a Paramedic on duty on-site on Show day. If required please contact the Show Secretary, who can be found in the Secretary's tent situated adjacent to the Members Marquee in the central area of the Show Field.
GDAS Members Facilities The Members Marquee has refreshment facilities available including coffee, tea and a licensed bar. A lunch service is also available. Tables and seating are available in the marquee, and there is also an outdoor viewing area with limited seating adjacent to one of the main Show Rings.
Hygiene Show animals are generally presented in a very clean and healthy condition, but as visitors may choose to come into close contact with some of them it's advisable to observe sensible hygiene practices if they do.
Licensed Bars There will be a licensed bar in its own marquee open to the public as part of the food area. A separate bar for GDAS members only will be be available in the Members Marquee.
Refreshment Facilities There will be a wide range of stands selling food and drink products as part of the Food Fayre plus a further area where hot food such as pizzas, fish and chips, hot pork rolls, hot dogs and similar may be obtained. GDAS Members may wish to buy lunch in the Members Marquee, which also has a licensed bar.
Tickets Tickets for entrance to the Show are available at the gate: Adults £15 or £14 bought online in advance, 11-18 Year Olds £6, Under 11s Accompanied by Adult Free. Early Bird tickets bought online until 1st September £12. GDAS Members receive two Adult Tickets as part of their Membership benefits.
Toilets Toilet facilities will be available in the toilets section in the central area of the Show Field. Disabled toilets will also be available here.
Vet Services Vet services will be available on-site on Show day if required. Please contact the Show Secretary, who will put you in touch. She can be found in the Secretary's tent situated next to the Members Marquee in the central area of the Show Field.
